1. Overview
By placing an order on this website, you agree to these terms. Aparthy Hair is operated by ClickCraft Ventures. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site after any changes means you accept the updated terms.
2. Products and FDA Disclaimer
Aparthy Hair is a topical hair growth roll-on serum. The ingredients in this product — including Rosemary Extract, Aminexil, Redensyl and Anagain — are cosmetic actives applied directly to the scalp to support the appearance of hair density and reduce the look of thinning.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results may vary based on individual factors including hair type, scalp health, usage frequency and overall routine consistency. Some testimonials or results shown may represent customers who received free products or compensation in exchange for their honest review.

3. Pricing
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. In the event of a pricing error on your order, we will contact you before processing.
4. Subscription Orders
Some orders are fulfilled as recurring subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize ClickCraft Ventures to charge your payment method automatically on a recurring basis according to the subscription interval selected at checkout (typically every 30 days). Refills ship every 30 days until cancelled. You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time by contacting support@clickcraftventures.net before the next scheduled renewal date. Cancellation requests received after a renewal has been processed will apply to the following billing cycle, and the current period's order will be fulfilled and shipped.
5. Order Cancellations
You may cancel a one-time order at any time before it has been fulfilled and shipped by contacting support@clickcraftventures.net with your order number. Once shipped, our 30-day refund policy applies.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We take every customer concern seriously and respond to all support emails promptly. Before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank, please contact us at support@clickcraftventures.net. Our team will work to resolve your concern as quickly as possible. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is a violation of this agreement. ClickCraft Ventures reserves the right to contest any chargeback filed without prior communication by submitting evidence of purchase, delivery, and subscription authorization to the relevant financial institution.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, logos and design belongs to Aparthy Hair / ClickCraft Ventures and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
ClickCraft Ventures is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from product use. Our maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of your order.
