30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand fully behind every order of Aparthy Hair. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund — no lengthy forms, no runaround. If you are not satisfied with your results for any reason, we will refund every cent.
How to Request a Refund
1. Email us at support@clickcraftventures.net with your order number.
2. Briefly describe your experience — one sentence is enough.
3. We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
4. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
No Return Required
You do not need to return your Aparthy Hair serum to receive a full refund. We trust our customers completely. Keep the product and we will still process your refund in full.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged, defective or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@clickcraftventures.net with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. No return required.
Important Notice Regarding Chargebacks
We are a real, responsive team committed to resolving every issue quickly and fairly. Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider, we strongly require that you contact us first at support@clickcraftventures.net.
We respond to all emails within 1–2 business days and do everything in our power to ensure every customer is satisfied. Filing a chargeback before contacting us prevents us from resolving your issue directly, which is almost always faster and easier for you.
Chargebacks filed without prior contact may be disputed with full evidence including our refund policy, order confirmation, delivery records and subscription authorization. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback filed without first attempting resolution through our support team.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made more than 30 days after the confirmed delivery date.
- Products showing clear signs of intentional misuse or tampering.
